previous case: orders
Administrative environment

The problem
Since the beginning of the project, the need for an administrative area had already been contemplated. However, so far, the only process that this area would include would be the approval of tattoo artist profiles. Our stakeholders chose to carry out this process mechanically, through emails, and prioritized other functionalities for the platform.
With the number of registrations growing, and the need to mediate orders, the time has come to think about Tattooz’s administrative environment.
The solution
Approval of tattoo artist profiles
In the process of approving partner profiles, what needs to be validated by Tattooz are the user’s information and document. Thus, the profile card for approval brings a preview of the completion of the registration steps. This same checklist is presented to the tattoo artist, during the registration flow, to situate him in relation to the remaining steps.

Mediate orders
We identified, through the Hotjar platform, that there were users who were sending their contact information, in the comments field. As this is a breach of the platform’s terms of use, this field would be reviewed by Tattooz moderators.

orders
There were loose points in the order flows, issues that could bring a financial loss if not addressed. We needed to investigate the problems, for a safe decision making

discount coupon
Offering discounts to attract user traffic and increase sales is one of the oldest tactics when it comes to digital products. In a tattoo marketplace, it would be no different.
