The problem

B2W’s marketing team reported having difficulty answering questions and interacting with users in the live chat, due to the high volume of messages. With a limited number of mediators, user messages lost context before it was possible to respond.que fosse possível responde-la.

Technical impediments

When aligning with the development team, an impediment was pointed out: we were unable to request the username through the API used for the live. Thus, solution 1 was eliminated and we moved on with solution 2.

The solution

Feature that allows an administrator user to respond to messages by tagging the participant of the live.
